Innescape is a sci-fi noir thriller novel and screenplay by Jeffrey Connell and Michael Cuciak.

In a near-future world where consciousness can be digitized, private investigator Vincent Kane uses a neural implant called “Innescape” to walk through the frozen moments of a murder. Kane is hired to investigate the deaths of Emily Tillman and her young daughter Lila, only to find that the details don’t add up.

While exploring fragmented memories, Kane uncovers a corporate conspiracy, a hacker who reflects his darkest self, and the truth that his own identity is the case’s deadliest clue. In the end, Kane must not only solve the deaths of Emily and Lila, but also the disappearance of husband and father Tyler Tillman, whose ties to Kane run deep.
